Nicole is awesome with color. I’ve been trying to achieve the right color of red/​copper for a long time and she is the only person that has been able to understand what I’m asking for and deliver! I haven’t had my hair cut by her yet, but I will December 13th and I’ll update!

When we moved to Albuquerque I went looking for an Aveda salon to find a new hair stylist because I can always count on them to be the best. Unfortunately, I had nothing but a disappointing first visit and will never return. The cleanliness was very disappointing for an Aveda salon. There was hair on the floor everywhere and it didn’t look like any of the stylists had swept after their previous customers. Also, the stylist I had ruined my layers and 4 months later I’m still trying to have them fixed. I have never been let down by an Aveda salon except for this one. Such a disappointment.

Haircuts are reasonably priced compared to other, less swanky, salons and they include a scalp and shoulder massage, and a cup of herbal tea. In addition to this they offer complimentary neck hair trims and bang trims in between appointments. That is a big bonus because I used to pay $ 10 for those at the salon I used to go to.
I wish the pedicures were cheaper :-(

A little on the pricey side for a great stylist, but well worth it. i have tried many salons in town, and this is the first that I’ve really been pleased with.
Justine fixed my horrible haircut from a few months ago. I have naturally beach curls and most people don’t know what to do with me. So they over do it with layers, and make my hair look like a staircase. After 4 years of searching, I’ve found a great stylist.
If you are going for a wax — Iris is the best. She is fairly new the salon and such a sweetie.

Came here regularly at one time. Only stopped due to a more convenient location and that my stylist Marcie was so hard to book with my schedule I had to go somewhere else :(. She was fantastic though and i hadgreat conversation with her. Only went to her for regular haircuts, no coloring or anything. Also I had my eyebrows done a few times with I wanna say Shannon? I can’t remember her name but she was great too. I also love the aveda products and pure privilege card to get discounts, free gifts, etc. This was a little expensive and the neg star was because it was really hard for me to get appointments sometimes. Very busy location. Just make sure to call ahead for apps. Hard to get something alast minute.
