I posted a pic of my nails after almost 2 weeks, the gel still looks great! Thanks Tracy for always making my hands look pretty!

I give this place no stars!!! If your wanting a pedicure stay away, I would have done a better job if I did it myself. I asked what her name was she said okay and smiled, she dont even understand english, so all that time I was telling her what I wanted she didn’t even understand me and she must be blind because she didn’t even push or cut my cuticles and she was squinting the whole time. Polish was horrible at first I thought it was the polish I kept telling her to switch the polish but she kept doing it I told her to do another color at that time another guy took over told him to switch polish the girl doing another customers pedicure said its not the color, she knew lady was bad at it, she was right. The guy used same exact polish went on smoothly wish he could redo the whole thing but I was over it just wanted to get the hell out of there. Avoid old blind lady.

This is the place that I typically go to get my nails done since it is convenient to where I live. I’m usually pretty satisfied with them. I don’t like that they charge an additional fee to remove the previous gel that they put on. I seen some questionable issues with cleanliness. I think the staff is really nice and they are able to usually converse with you(most of them). The husband and wife and some of the you get techs are really good, but I would say about 1 in 4 times I will get someone who isn’t very skilled. Overall 2 biggest issues are charging for gel removal and cleanliness of the tools they use.

Worst gel manicure I have ever had! I have lots of complaints but I will cut to the MOSTIMPORTANT one… They DONOT sterilizer their instruments. I could see someone else’s cuticles on the cutter before he tried to use it on me. I refused and when I questioned him about its cleanliness, he didn’t speak enough English to respond. I don’t know what the health department requirements are in New Mexico, as I am out of state… But I’m pretty sure this place wouldn’t have passed! *** 24 hours later– 2 of the nails are«bubbling» that’s the best way of describing it. I will have to go and get redone when I head back to Maryland tomorrow. Wasn’t worth even my time to go in, definitely not worth the 35 $!

I love lovely nails! Tracy is great. I go every 2 – 3 weeks to get my gel nails done. They have never chipped once since I been coming here. Best service in my area by far. I send all my friends & family here. Great prices. Great Quilty & great service.

Great place for friendly conversation with the nail techs and get your feet scrubbed and your nails manicured. Outside downtown, but close enough… not too busy, but they may be now that I’m telling you how great they are :-D trust me… you’ll be floating and sparkling by the time you leave.

Whatever you do, avoid the waxing services!!! Decent manicure/pedicure, and clean salon. Great location. I wanted to like this place so badly, since it’s within walking distance to my house and it really has beautiful décor. They do an OK job with nails. But I had the WORST waxing experience of my life here… I requested a Brazilian wax, and I was nervous as soon as I walked to the waxing room. The aesthetician, who I am pretty sure has never done a Brazilian in her life, kept the door slightly open. Figuring it would only take about 15 minutes, I didn’t want to make a fuss about that. I can’t even describe what happened next. She just plain did not know what she was doing. She couldn’t figure out how to rip the wax off, which put me in so much pain. My skin was completely rubbed raw within twenty minutes and she was nowhere near done. I could tell she was getting frustrated since she kept muttering under her breath. Finally, she called out and another employee came in to assist her. This was all done, by the way, without asking me first. So imagine my embarrassment when these two women(at least they were women, I guess) were crowded over me, trying to figure out how to wax me! As if Brazilians aren’t uncomfortable enough. Anyway, the second employee was clearly more competent and she was able to «fix» what the first employee started, but needless to say, it was mortifying and painful. The second employee gave me 50% off, which was a nice gesture, but I was bruised and in pain for two days following. About a month later, for lack of better options, I went back with my sister for a manicure(which I wouldn’t have done had this employee not given me that discount for the waxing) which was decent enough. I think they are perfectly decent, as long as you stay the hell away from the waxing services.
