Hello, my name is John Valdez I have been in the tire and auto repair business for about 42 years now. I originally started as a sales man at a local Parnelli Jones and found out I had the talent and motivation to own, and run my own business, so I joined the Big O tire team. I owned a Big O Tire Center for 14 years and had great success. Here at the new Ladera Tire Factory & Automotive we take pride in our work and honesty. We will stand behind our work 100% to make sure we go beyond our customers expectation and full fill every visit with us. We not only guarantee, we promise our customer service is not only good, it will be the best every time you walk into our facility. We are a local owned small business so we give it our 100% every day to make sure we do the very best work possible no matter what kind of day it is!

Manager

Ralph A. is the store manager her at the Ladera Tire Factory and has been in the tire and auto repair business for almost 10 years now. He started from the bottom as a tire and lube tech and moved up the ladder and became a service manager. That’s when he discovered the real talent in him to become a sales man due to his great people skills and awesome customer service. He is a great problem solver and is not scared to get his hands dirty when things need to get done. Ralph is a car enthusiast so he know his ways around car and trucks very well and will answer any question you throw at him.
