Once again, a call to Knittles Towing saved the day. My broke down truck wasn’t going to move another inch.
Within 20 minutes of calling, they had a truck to my location. They have always been professional and fast and always 100% damage free.

My entire family has used this company for years and always had great experiences. Today that changed horribly. When we called to have our car towed we were told they would be to us in an hour or less. 90 minutes later we called to see where they were. On the way. Another 40 minutes before they showed. That’s not great, seeing as my husband needed to get to work, but could be overlooked were they not incredibly rude. Horrible dispatch guy and an unbelievably snide and rude driver. I am so disappointed; I have trusted this company for a very long time, but atrocious customer service from these two men has ruined this company for me. If you want friendly and respectful people, don’t call this company. Also, my husband just paid their fee, and the still very rude driver read his credit card number and expiration date out loud over an open line. Outrageous. Incompetent.
