Absolutely Not! Like many others on the review board, I bought a Groupon for Duct Cleaning from what appeared to be another company (Mission Duct Cleaning) however when making my appointment, they obviously contracted the job out to IQA. Again, a very similar experience with booking the appointment, and having the drivers show up 4 hours later then thought. This might be explainable if this was a later appointment, but I was the first appointment of the day! The techs did the «basic» clean which is what the Groupon stated, and tried to sell my wife on the «upgrade deep clean» which we denied. They finished the job in a very quick 30 minutes, (which as stated, you get what you pay for) and then when leaving the property, backed over outside patio lights that line my driveway. The driver then got out of the vehicle, picked up the damaged property and got back in his vehicle and drove away… A neighbor happened to see the whole thing and came over immediately or we would likely not have known what happened. My wife then had to clean up the broken glass that was shattered on our driveway, only to have the driver come back and drop off the flattened casing, stating that he was «trying to fix it». After trying to contact the company multiple times, they still have yet to contact me and even issue a simply apology. Look them up on BBB before booking. I also imagine any good reviews are likely friends and family, because the Customer Service did not exist with this company.

I bought a groupon for «mission duct cleaning» and this company came out to do the job. I looked on the website to see exactly what they do and it seemed worth it. Here is a video that explains everything…

The company comes out and performs what I call a «vacuum of the duct» which does NOT include what is in the video, they dont put the little «sweeper» in the ducts or clean the vents unless you pay $ 10.00 per grill 10×16=$ 160.00 and they dont clean the furnace (they just look at it) and recommend a DEEP cleaning of all ducts and furnace area. Which is 160.00 plus the furnace cleaning another $ 65.00. Total 274.00(including Groupon price) It says on groupon that this service, just the «vacuuming of the ducts» is retail $ 219.00. This is total BS. I even looked in the Machine that does the «vacuuming» after they were done and there was NOTHING in it, So i paid $ 49.00 for LITERALLY NOTHING!

Zero stars for the Denver office. Don’t let them in your house even if they work for free. First, the brush that they should use for the ducts was too big for these ducts, so they slipped this part. They used a brush on the end of a drill that would only go about 10 feet, not back to the main trunk like they stated when they came in the door. They refused to clean the ducts in the basement. I was willing to pay the extra money for the bathroom light/​fans, but they dropped the light cover on the tile floor and broke it. The lead guy told me that they were not responsible for any damage. He then offered to give me extra work that I didn’t want for free to make up for breaking the light cover. I told him that my discussion should be with the office and not him. He then said that he was the owner. Then he tried to charge me for hazardous material disposal. He said that he charges everyone because everything is hazardous. If so, they should wear some protective wear like gloves and a mask. He told me that other people have tried to sue him, but they didn’t get anywhere with it. I reported him to the website and to LivingSocial.

Awful! Do not use no matter what!!! Like others I got Groupon for another company but I was told they were overbooked so they farmed my job out to indoor quality air (IQA). The guy they sent was clumsy, left dirt from his hands and vent dust everywhere and then dropped my air vent on my countertop and dinged it. They refuse to pay to repair it. I complained to the BBB as well! Remember the cheap usually comes out expensive! Never again!

I had a horrible experience with this company. We had one attempted appointment where they called and said their truck broke down and they did not call us to reschedule. I called 2 days later to reschedule and the woman on the phone assured me we could get rescheduled with no issues. Second appointment was a no show and no call. I called in again to give them one more chance and reschedule and again I was assured they had no idea why the driver never showed up. When the driver did not show up today during the specified time promised I called in yet again and I was told they changed their schedule around but would be arriving later. I was late to my sons music class waiting for them to show up and guess what? THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AGAIN. When I attempted to contact the company again for explanation they did not return my calls or answer their phone. Do not use this company. Their customer service is horrible, and their drivers can not seem to find their way out of a paper bag.

Do NOT, repeat do not, book services with this company… Groupon, Living Social deal or otherwise. As previously stated, their customer service is terrible and I make my living in customer service. I’ve had to reschedule them three times to provide duct cleaning and upholstery cleaning on my furniture. They brought the wrong equipment, showed up outside their appointment window and displayed a bucket list of other issues.
The whole process took about two months leading up to this morning, when they showed up and informed me that fan vents were not included in my quote, and that the crew did not have the small «wand» needed to clean furniture anymore. Apparently they stopped cleaning upholstery within the last month but did not find it necessary to inform customers with pending service appointments of this change. Epic fail.
If I could give this company zero stars it would still be too positive for how this experience has unfolded. Do not fall for the «deals» they are hawking.

Terrible, terrible customer service and quality of work. Their communication between employees was terrible — I was scheduled for a three hour service to get the carpets, air ducts, ceiling fans, and all vents in the house cleaned for Sunday. They showed up and had the wrong truck so they said we would have to reschedule for everything except the air duct cleaning (which they did and blew crap from the ducts all over! We have had our ducts cleaned before and never had a mess throughout rest of the house from it being done). I explained that I have to have the carpets done by Thursday morning because that is when the renter is moving in and they guaranteed that would not be a problem. So they rescheduled me for Tuesday, yet the time window they gave us was over and no one had showed up. We called the company and spoke to Kimberly. Kimberly basically told me their job ran late and they’d be there in 1 – 2 hours, but were coming from the Colorado Springs. I had a 2 year old and a 4 year old with me and we had already been waiting in an empty condo for over an hour. I was extremely frustrated as this was the second day they couldn’t get their act together. I told Kimberly how upset I was and why and she basically replied that there was nothing she could do, apparently all of my time they had wasted meant nothing to them. I asked to speak to a manager and she wouldn’t give me a phone number or an email (apparently this company only has one phone number and email address for everyone– including the owner that is in Israel!!) I should have just cancelled my service but I decided to try to make it work. I finally talked to the manager Jen… Who was extremely rude and defensive. She told us that she couldn’t authorize any sort of compensation for all the inconveniences and it was up to the cleaners. The cleaners finally arrived, David, and we’re very rude. They came in the house and were on their way out in TEN minutes! The cleaner said he had strict instructions from his boss, Eddie, that be was not to give us a discount and that he was to spend no more than ten minutes at our house. The carpet looked and felt like they got it wet and quickly ran a vacuum over it. They didn’t even clean all the way to the walls! They left clumps of black stuff on the carpet– told us that our carpet looks like an ashtray (which our carpet is 2 years old and in wonderful condition). We have a couple stains on the carpet and they didn’t even try to treat or get them up. They left water spilled on the hardwood throughout the house. The company wouldn’t do anything for me and I ended up having to call my credit card company to dispute the charge!!! I highly discourage anyone from using the «services» this company claims to provide. The biggest lesson learned from this is that you get what you pay for :-/

I had originally purchased a Groupon with another duct cleaning company (NM Quality Air… not a good experience– see review) so I didn’t really have high expectations. However, a Living Social deal (I think) came up for this company and I thought I’d give them a try– they couldn’t possibly be as bad as the last attempt at duct cleaning. No, seriously. Not possible. I did have my reservations because the name was so similar and thought it might have been the same company who switched their name around but that wasn’t the case. When the guy arrive he explained that they’d been receiving a lot of people concerned about that very thing (and it very obviously wasn’t the same company even looking at their website).
Anywho, I scheduled an appointment and they arrived right on time. None of this «we’ll be there between 8 and noon» and then calling at noon to say they’re running 2 hours late. Nope. Not with these guys. They were professional, in uniform, and very polite.
They got to work quickly and even found some blockages (cardboard) in our vents that had been put up in certain rooms that we didn’t know about. They did show me areas where there might be some mildew (like the bathrooms from lack of circulation) and they tried to upsell me. I didn’t think it was really high pressure and I expected it anyway– that’s how they make money on these special deals. When I declined, they didn’t push the issue. They showed me the furnace filter and gave me the replacement size and showed me that it was only one that was good for about 3 months and not adequate for the whole winter. They didn’t pressure me at all to buy from them and said I could easily go to Lowe’s or wherever and find new ones to replace regularly during the winter.
They seemed to finish rather quickly (about 1.5 hours if I remember correctly) which seemed a bit faster than I expected. Obviously I can’t get into the vents and inspect in depth, my allergies haven’ t been nearly as bad and the airflow throughout the summer and now winter seems a bit better. Unfortunately I cannot attest to the carpet cleaning skills as I didn’t have that service performed.
I’d recommend waiting for a deal on Groupon or Living Social but overall, much more professional than other companies (NM Quality Air).

I guess you get what you pay for. The price seemed great, so I gave them a try. I had a special that included carpet cleaning for a the whole house, and all the air ducts cleaned.
They did an absolutely terrible job on my carpets — they didn’t even get out most stains, and they said they «couldn’t» move furniture — not even super light lamps/​end tables etc. So we rushed around trying to move these things for them so they’d get most of the carpets. Trust me, this stuff was not heavy or difficult to move.
What’s worse is that one of the guys kept trying to sell me add-​on services for the duct cleaning. like a bogus-​sounding «antibacterial/​antirust» treatment at an exhorbitant price. Plus they wanted to clean/​tune up my furnace (at a very high price) and sell me a permanent filter. It really seemed like it was all a ploy to make more money.
I give them two stars because they did clean my ducts (though I had to pay more since we have two systems) but based on the extremely poor job on my carpets and the high-​pressure sales tactics, I cannot recommend them.
