This is my favorite Hastings to go to in town. It’s clean, the selection is plentiful, and the staff is always helpful and friendly.
On this trip I was looking for a specific book and browsing through some of the aisles. I hadn’t been looking nice for even a minute when an employee walked by and asked if I needed any help finding anything. Without needing to use a computer she instantly knew what book I was talking about and walked me right to it.
This is pretty par for the course here. They’ve always been extremely helpful and I plan on continuing to give them as much of my business as I can.

Broad selection of books, albums, DVDs etc. Very helpful staff, fun selection of knickknacks in addition to what you’d expect to find in a media store. Offers purchases as well as rentals.
They will hold items for you if you call them to find something. Overall thought it was a great place.

I used to shop at this Hastings all the time I played top table games, I’ve been renting here forever and I’ve usually had good experiences, today however I got to meet Michelle F. Michelle is either rude, ignorant, and unintelligent or just was trained by someone who is. I’ve never been so disrespected by hasting employee before. I will not be back to this location

I heart this place all kinds! I’ve been able to save hundreds of dollars buying used dvd’s, music, books, games, etc! There are often really great deals! I can spend a whole day in a Hastings! I would love to live in or own my own Hastings!
My only complaint is that the check in deal/​coupon is expired… boo!

I really miss Borders but going to this Hastings was pretty cool. It is a big store with a variety of different things. I wish they had a larger selection on Self Development, New Age, Law of Attraction.

I was not impressed with the service or store in general on either of my 2 visits. Most recently, I went in looking for help with finding some book gifts. I had called ahead and had one held, but when I went to pick it up and select others to go with it, there was nobody in sight to help. I ended up walking out frustrated and empty handed.

This store was very impersonal. They even lock their restrooms to show you that they don’t want you in there. Maybe, it’s more of a security thing, but how can it be when you have to walk through the EAS system anyway?
Other than that, they are the same as any other Hastings. They have books, video games, DVDs and more.

I feel like this store is a little sketch, I get nervous at night in their parking lot, but they have a huge selection of new and used movies and books.
What I love about it is that they have a GREAT buy back program. You can basically sell back any book or movie that they have a sku number for. It’s not top dollar, but sure beats the hell out of organizing a garage sale. I sold back almost $ 150 worth of books and movies and now have a gift certificate to get cool gifts for friends and family!
They usually have a coupon on google places where you get $ 5 extra bucks for every 3 items you sell back… what a steal!
In the back they have an adult gift section… not «porn» adult, but more like drinking games, sports paraphernalia, etc
They have an awesome selection of headphones, and I got an HDMI cable for only $ 5. They have some steals here and there.

The store is in desperate need of a remodel or a really good cleaning but other than that the store is great. You can find pretty good deals on used items here but you pay quite a bit for new items.
