Went in today for a shellac manicure and brow wax. I have to say it was first class service all the way. I called for an appointment, and they asked me to come right in. When I arrived, they were quick to help me, seat me, and start my services. The staff were all incredibly kind and they even asked if I was on my lunch break and multiple technicians helped to make sure my time there was efficiently spent. My brow wax was done quickly and I love the results. I was super happy to have it done first so that the redness went down. The room was clean, bright, and welcoming. I have to say I believe I received the most carefully applied manicure of my life. It’s really beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I got the design I want, even though I asked for something atypical. The location is quite good located in a strip mall with a Sprouts, dollar store, Il Vicino, and a yogurt place. You could get a mani and pedi and easily get all your other errands done. At this time there is some construction in the parking lot making parking a bit tighter, but that wont’ deter me from coming back. It’s clear this salon has been around for a while and seems to have a strong regular customer base. There was nothing extra special about the pricing or the equipment. Several nail stations, pedicure chairs, and a waxing room. It wasn’t overly large, but it felt comfortable even if some of the chairs were ripped and the paint on the walls chipped. So long as the paint on my nails doesn’t chip and with the extra special kindness of the staff I intend to return again and again. Super team!

I must have gone on a bad day? For starters they turned off the A/C in 92 degree weather, so it was sweltering hot. Then I was informed that they do not do designs, I would have to find my own. I had to correct the gal filing my nails several times as she was leaving them jagged and crooked. Their prices are reasonable, but I see you get what you pay for. Not a good experience at all. I can only assume these reviews are for a different location perhaps?

Goodness, these ladies have their stuff together! They were cranking it customers like their business depended on it… Oh, wait… I went in on a Saturday, and was told there was a 20 minute wait for a pedicure. It was really about 45, but I didn’t care because I relaxed in the massage chair. I felt bad for the lady, who I assume is the owner, because people were not necessarily nice about her misjudgment of a wait time. That’s the only reason I took off a star… They’re so focused on working on as many people as possible that the projected wait time could be severely off. I am very pleased with my pedicure, as well as the prices. I’ll go back, just not Saturday afternoons. :)

I’ve been looking for a legit nail salon that does shellac manicure that actually lasts and after 4 salon visits I finally found it! My manicurist’s name is Tree and she did an awesome job that lasted 17 days and they still look great. This was money well spent. Back for my second visit and I’m trying pedicure today too.

I’ve been here probably half a dozen times over the past year. I’ve had a regular manicure, multiple pedicures, and just had gels done. $ 20 is a great price for a nice pedi! I’ve been happy every time I’ve gone here. I’ve had multiple people work with me and all did a great job. The gel mani was actually a CND Shellac and so far its lovely(and they don’t use the normal tanning bed lights to cure it!). Price was $ 25 for the gel. All in all, the place is clean and you can walk in with no appointment needed and get in and out relatively fast. I’ve even brought my bf with me for a pedicure for him!

Went for first time pedicure on a Thursday morning — 10AM. Very nice staff. Nice environment inside. No complaints at all. $ 20 flat for pedicure if you’re paying cash. Not a fan of the massage chairs only because the pressure was too hard and it just was awkward. When I was about halfway done it started to get busy so I’d recommend getting there early when they open if you don’t want to have to wait. I’m sure we’ll be back. Edited: Sept 2015 went for what they said was Shellac, but its only gel nails. They only stayed on a week before peeling off of my nails. Very disappointing.

I just had my first pedicure!!! It was actually pretty fun. My best friend was in town and she needed hers done from a previous one that was getting scratchy and had grown out, so she talked me into it. Unfortunately, I had just recently cut my toenails really short — I put up a picture of the cute job they did on my toenails, but you can see how tiny my nails are. Anyway… I always thought pedicures were a little silly, but it was for Lisa, and she can always get me to do stuff! So we called a few places that were all booked, and I have had a few people tell me good things about Happy Nails — plus it’s right next to Menchie’s(bonus!). They had openings — I get the impression they are more of a walk-in deal than an appointment-type place. They have about eight chairs, I think, and a bunch of maincure stations as well. We took the two chairs on the end, and they started on us right away. I got the only guy in the place, which was a little weird, but he was actually really good — I was pleasantly surprised. The chairs are massage chairs(which I didn’t turn on, but Lisa did, and she loved it). The water part is filled for you, and I did my best to try to notice whether they clean in between users, but couldn’t tell for certain. They have the appearance at least of sterilized tools, but I didn’t see an autoclave, so I don’t know how that is handled. Everyone in the place was extremely nice and treated us with a happy, fun attitude. We had a very fun hour there and my feet actually felt better afterward — plus, it was just nice in general. The guy did an amazing job on my toes, and I love the little flowers — so cute! I will have to go again. Probably not regularly, and I can’t imagine doing that by myself, but it was a fun thing to do with a friend, so I will be doing that again this summer for sure. Thanks to my best friend for introducing me to a fun thing to do, and thanks to Happy Nails for being a great place to do it! I highly recommend them — they were really great, and you would like them, too!!!
