I’m not sure who waited on the other reviewer but I’ve always had wonderful service here. Maybe she went to the store on San Mateo… they have some cranky people working there. This location is wonderful… they go out of their way to help me. I’ve seen them helping people how to figure yardage, etc. I have even had sales associates help me save money by telling me I could get certain discounts, and to come back in a few days because something will be on sale. My only complaint is the parents who bring kids that run wild through the store.

I had asked a lady for help and she was totally rude! I know nothing of fabric or how long I needed and every time I asked a question I was given «the look». The look of how annoyed she was to even be helping me. She wasn’t a young girl either. She was maybe mid-40’s… Well I asked her if she knew how long a normal size shawl is and she said it’s a yard. Well when I called my alterations lady she said no it’s a yard and a half so I totally got screwed. I don’t know if she just doesn’t know or what. Either way she was nasty and I will never shop there again and you shouldn’t either!!!
