Express

While this Express store has some good clothing options, the service is horrible. When I walked in there was no one to greet my friends and I. When I needed a fitting room, I had to search the entire store for an employees to unlock it. When I found one, he was extremely rude, rolling his eyes and sighing.
I bought my outfit and was about to head out the store when I realized that the cashier did not take off the security tag. I went back and asked her to take it off and she was so unprofessional. My friend noticed that the dress I bought was ripped my the security tag and asked if I could get a discount. The cashier got in our faces saying no and giving major attitude. I asked to see the manager and he was just as bad. He told us that we were being dramatic! How unprofessional! I will never recommend this store to anyone.

This spot has some great clothing. While I do like their clothing, I think it’s a bit pricey for what you’re getting… if the item is on sale, it’s a much better deal.
The customer service is great. They really made the effort in helping me find my size and were honest in making suggestions for what I should and shouldn’t purchase. In a time when many people complain about the lack of quality, customer service, it’s nice you can still find it in a place like this.
