Enchantment Home Inspections

Today I had my possible future home inspected. Michael Martinez and his assistant were both there. As I followed him around and listened to his comments, I felt so assured that he had my
best interest in mind. I appreciated so much his comments, input and advice. I am a single woman, and felt ‘looked after’ by him. It meant a lot to me. I really think that he is Mr. Enchantment! I am grateful. Thanks Michael.

I am a Realtor in ABQ who can choose any Inspector I would like to give to my clients for their home inspections. They count on me to provide them with the best and are putting their future home in my hands. Mike Martinez has never let me down! He is consistently professional, thorough and knowledgeable as well as kind and personable. He takes his time with my clients answering all of their questions as well as showing them everything that he will be putting in his report.
My only complaint: he is so good and so well respected that I can’t always get him in time for all of my houses.

Mike took great care of my inspection and the barrage of newbie homeowner questions… I will definitely trust Mike with any other inspections in the future.

After seeing the review from Sarah, decided to give Mike a try. Just moved here from out of state, so didn’t know who was good and who wasn’t. Did see plenty of reviews out there though.
Mike did a fantastic job — he does a thorough job and documents everything as he goes, rather than try and remember after he’s back at the office. Took pictures of the problem areas too. My realtor was pretty impressed with Mike too.
He even provides a pretty thick binder with a rundown of all the issues, what was good, and what needs to be fixed. As an added bonus, he includes a guide on how to keep your house in good shape!
I’m planning to stay in this house a long time, but if I ever had to do this again, without question I’d go with Enchantment Home Inspections again. Well worth it!

I cannot express how impressed my husband and I are with Mike! Originally we were going to go with A and R Home Inspectors (Lowest price) but learned you get what you pay for with that company. A&R squeezes in 6 – 7 inspections a day where Mike only books 2! This assured us that we would receive a thorough and appropriate length inspection instead of a rushed one (A thorough inspection should be at least 3 hours). I had done some research on A&R and read some horrible reviews. Mike was referred to us by a coworker of mine and it was by far the best decision to change inspectors and go with Enchantment Home Inspections!
Mike’s inspections last about 3 hours if not more. He thoroughly checks everything, takes pictures and creates a binder containing pictures and descriptions of your home. Additionally he will provide you with a homeowners manual so you can learn proper care for your home.
This is our first home and I wanted to feel secure in the decision of purchasing it. Mike was able to provide that sense of security!
