As an office we want to raise the bar in customer service. We pride ourselves in striving to personally answer calls rather than letting calls go to voicemail, being available to our customers 24 hours a day/​365 days a year and providing customized risk and financial advice.

When we are not taking the upmost care of our customers we are out supporting our local community. Giving back is something we are very passionate about as an office. Each and every staff member has organizations they hold close to their heart and spend time volunteering around the community to help make a difference.

History

Established in 2014.

Edward was the General Manager of a large car dealership (the largest in New Mexico) and wanted to provide a more personalized level of service to clients. He started Edward Dunn’s State Farm as a way of helping customer prepare for the unexpected, recover when the unexpected occurs and plan for a bright financial future.

I have been happily married to my best friend for 13 years and a proud father of two wonderful boys. I have over 21 years of customer service and managerial experience in a variety of settings. I have a passion for teaching others. Whether that be developing my team or sitting down with potential customers or existing clients to understand the importance of managing their everyday risks or planning for their future; I know that I can help put you in a better state.
