Derek Sanchez – State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been a client of Derek’s for over a year and a half. I signed up under my name, by myself. They refused to send anything to me, and put my husband’s name on everything. Okay, sure, why not. It’s 1956 after all. I can’t own a car or be a breadwinner as a woman. Silly me.
I hadn’t received a current insurance card in over a year. I called and asked for one to be sent to me, and a copy to be sent to my email address. Specifying my email address, and for my car. They sent my husband’s card and sent him an email. Still haven’t received an updated insurance card since June 2014.
No matter how many times I’ve tried to put payments on auto-​pay, they will still call me every few months to tell me we’re overdue on several months of payments. I sign the stupid auto-​pay form and send it back immediately. I don’t know if anyone in this office knows what they’re doing.
But if blatant incompetence and sexism is your game, then Derek Sanchez is your man.
