We just had DanCare Carpet come to our business, Crown Jewels and Coin. They were friendly, prompt and they did a wonderful job! Our carpets look like new. We have them do our carpets annually and they always do a wonderful job. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Being new in town, having moved from AZ, I didn’t have a clue as to whom I should call for carpet cleaning or tile cleaning. DanCare was referred to my by my realtor and I couldn’t be happier. They cleaned all of my tile and grout floors, though they honestly weren’t that dirty, but there were some spots in the kitchen. The two guys were pleasant, personable, very professional… they wore booties inside and were very meticulous about my tile. They brought in blowers to help dry it, so I didn’t have standing water in low spots. After cleaning we found one spot that showed up and he gave it another treatment and I can no longer tell where it was. I would hire them again without question when my carpet comes time to need cleaning. I feel I got my money’s worth, and they weren’t going to leave until I was completely satisfied.

We just moved to town, and had some furniture to clean after two moves, and my fiancée who has had her furniture cleaned in Rhode Island more than once noted to me that even after cleaning there, she has never seen her furniture this white and perfect in the past, and in fact it looked almost brand new.
We had them over a second time today for further carpet cleaning, and the service was again superior. Prices are reasonable, and what one would expect to pay for excellent service.
There is no question I will use their services again and again in the future.

I found this company on Angie’s List. I have had them to my home twice now and they are so punctual, so professional and so good. They work with you to accommodate your wishes and communicate very clearly on what you can expect and not expect. They stretched my carpets that had buckled, cleaned them, and then cleaned a couch that had been through two large groups of teenagers over 10 years and we thought we would have to replace. It looks great! We couldn’t be more pleased with this company. Highly recommended.

I’m wavering between 4 – 5 stars. I’ll go with 5 because of the customer service. I found these guys on Angie’s List where they get straight A reviews. I called to make an appointment and the owner was one of the most pleasant, professional people I’ve spoken to in a long time. I was able to easily make an appointment to have my two sofas, a love seat, and two chairs cleaned.
My appointment was for 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. I arrived home at 1:50 and they were sitting on my porch waiting for me. They said the had written down the wrong phone number to let me know they could come early, so just decided to come. They said they weren’t waiting long.
Dan and an assistant placed a sheet of plastic and then a drop cloth over that in the middle of my living room and moved each piece of furniture from its place to that drop cloth to clean them. They cleaned each cushion, even the throw pillows that I didn’t really intend for them to clean. They were in and out of there in a little over two hours.
They did a great job. Just two things: they didn’t get off all the car fur. However, the material of our sofa and two chairs is such that it’s pretty difficult to get it all off. I can get more of it off than they did, but they did a pretty good job. The other thing was that Dan told me everything would be dry within two hours. The next morning, stuff was still a little damp. I think that one of them used more water than the other because some things were dry within that time frame while others weren’t. It wasn’t a big deal – I wasn’t in a hurry for everyone to start sitting on them and getting them all dirty again.
I didn’t have any real stains – there were perhaps a few marker marks and a streak of glue, but those blemishes must have been water-​soluble because Dan said they came out without issue (and I didn’t point them out to him – this was his report).
Great experience with DanCare. I’ll definitely call them again. I’m slowly ripping out all the carpet in my house, with only two bedrooms left, so I don’t need them for carpet cleaning, but I’d still recommend them. Also, they advertise that they clean tile. I’m trying to get my mom to give them a call for that.
I paid just over $ 300 for two sofas (1 is large), a love seat (large), and two chairs to be cleaned – that’s with a $ 25 off coupon, available on their website.

These guys did a great job in my rental home! I needed to have the carpet black light inspected (I have a dog) and washed before moving out. The property management company recommended them and I decided to go for it, since they guarantee the results. On the day of the inspection and on the day of the carpet cleaning they were on time (even early) and ready to begin the job. The service was friendly and very polite. I liked their honesty and their willingness to explain how the black light inspection works. If you ever need to have one of this done on your rental home, you’ll understand what I mean.
The final job was spotless! The rental house looked ready to go back in the market and I knew the management company would be happy just by looking at the carpet.
Some other nice things to mention about DanCare: They give you protective plastic booties to go around your house and inspect the carpet once they are finished; After you’re done inspecting the final job, they re-​brush the carpet so it dries out nice and even; They take Visa or Master credit cards and they carry an iphone credit card processor with them, so you don’t have to worry about sending your card information over the phone somewhere.
