These folks were so friendly and helpful! I had a dry cleaning emergency — I needed table displays cleaned ASAP for an event early the next morning. I dropped off at 4 and they had it ready for me for my event. Cannot thank you enough! Great service and family feel.

This is a wonderful place to do business with, with reasonable pricing. The staff is always knowledgable, helpful, friendly and timely. My husband recently left an important item in the pocket of his pants. They swiftly phoned us to alert us that the item was located while the pants were being laundered at their larger Zuni location. The central location phoned to alert us, and had the Zuni location place it at the desk for us to retrieve, they also had us authenticate that it was the correct party who retrieved the item! Now that is stellar service!!! We’ve taken many items there, even my wedding dress to be cleaned and stored in a memory box. This is where to go in ABQ!

I was glad to find this dry cleaners with a super convenient downtown location. Their prices aren’t the cheapest in town, but they’re very reasonable for the location. Much better than Marina’s. The owners are both friendly and professional. We’ve been happy with both dry cleaning and laundering.

Reasonably priced and convenient downtown location with… wait for it… PARKING!!! Turnaround time on my ironed items was good. They did a good job on my shirts and chinos and honored my special requests without problem. I liked getting a printed receipt that showed the pickup date/​time as well as the cost. Good experience all around.

Reasonably priced, convenient, reasonable and forthright. Although I’ve had some problems with my tailoring not being in on time, they’re very honest about why there’s been a delay, and for the price (and convenient location), one can hardly complain.

Its good to have a dry cleaner in the neighborhood. I’ve used them so frequently that they now know me by name and have pulled my items off the carrousel before I walk in the door. Prices are reasonable, especially given the local location. The cleaning is done out of house so be sure to mention if you need items back quickly or if you would like shirts folded instead of on hangers.

Awesome new downtown dry cleaner, alterations, laundry services, etc. I’ve had an alteration and dry cleaning service already and they are as good as it gets! Excellent downtown location so I don’t have to travel far. Thank you for coming downtown!
Better yet, they have a clean site and are very professional and know customer service. I asked for a rush on my alteration and they did it with no problem and the work was outstanding. They are reasonably priced and convenient. I nominate them for some of the best customer service in the city.
