We are members of Coldwell Banker Preview properties, but we also sell Foreclosures and Short Sale properties. We sell homes, apartments, vacant land and commercial properties.

History

Established in 1994.

Coldwell Banker Legacy Carmel Office, located at 8200 Carmel NE, Suite 103, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87 122, was built in 2004. Currently approximately 85 Realtors occupy the building generating approximately $ 175,000,000 in Real Estate Sales per annum.

All areas of the city are easily accessible from the Carmel office and, as a result agents from all over the city call this office their home.

Meet the Manager

Dennis F.

Manager

Dennis Fish is the qualifying broker at the Carmel Office.

He attended the University of Maryland for several years before entering the Air Force. He received his BA from Eastern New Mexico University in 1973 and immediately moved to Albuquerque to begin his career in Real Estate sales. He was

Recognized as «Sales Manager of the Year» in 1982. In 1986 Dennis was honored to receive the Presidential Award for his dedication and focus on success.

Dennis was Sales Manager and later became General Manager of RECA/​Better Homes and Gardens Realtors. He joined the ranks of Coldwell Banker Legacy in 2001 as a Qualifying Broker and later became General Manager. Currently Dennis serves as Qualifying Broker for the Carmel office.

As a coach/​manager Dennis has assisted hundreds of real estate agents achieve their dreams through real estate sales.
