Established in 2014.

My name is Dina Soto and I’m starting a new website design company here in Albuquerque. Because we’re new to this marketplace, our goal is not to get a ton of clients but rather to have a few select clients to whom we can dedicate our passion and expertise. As we grow our business we want to build on a foundation of integrity and customer service excellence. Once we are established in the Albuquerque area Chrome Refractions Web Design will have a pool of satisfied clients who can be confident referring us to friends and colleagues because of our reputation.

My background is retail where I’ve spent over 30 years learning affective marketing techniques and strategies that we now apply to our website design. That means you not only get a professional site design, but the added benefit of knowledgeable content descriptions tailored to your audience.

Business Owner

I was born here in Albuquerque and have lived here the majority of my life. I love Albuquerque and want to see us grow both economically and in reputation. I graduated from Anderson School of Management at UNM and have worked for GE Aircraft Engines in an HR role, Wild Oats Marketplace as a store director, and Kraft Foods as a sales rep then a district trainer.

Five years ago I began designing websites for ministries I volunteer with and discovered a passion I never knew I had. Now I have an opportunity to utilize my retail management and marketing knowledge and apply these to website design. My goal is to partner with local businesses to create a site that helps their business thrive. This helps both the local economy by featuring excellent businesses and services here in Albuquerque and helps us to continue to develop our reputation as a growing metropolitan.
