Bert & Jess Clothiers

I visited Bert and Jess in the search of my first truly sharp suit. Being a software developer and working most days in jeans and a T-​shirt, I had never spent more than about $ 300 on a suit. The fit and feel of them never felt quite right, and to prepare for an upcoming round of interviews for new job opportunities, I decided that this was my year to embrace fashion and get a sharp, soft, jaw-​dropping suit. I went to see what they could do for me, and Jess spent well over an hour with me teaching me about suit quality, what to look at with my build, and how different patterns would look on me. At the end, I found /​the/​suit, and came away respecting how much love Bert and Jess have for making men look great. Each time I’ve entered the store Jess calls me by name, and asks me for the news regarding what we talked about during my last visit. I feel like a friend of the store. What amazing customer service. Men, if you want to dress to kill, go see Jess and tell him that Kris Hardy sent you. I /​promise/​that he and Bert will take special care of you, and you /​will/​look fantastic.

I have purchased two suits from here — one for job interviews, and the second for my upcoming wedding. Bert and Jess know their business, and carry some brands that you won’t be able to find at Jos. A. Bank or Mens’ Wearhouse or any of the other big chain mens’ clothing stores.
Also, they are one of the few stores in the entire Southwestern US that carry Alden and Allen Edmonds shoes, so if you want to try some on in person rather than ordering online and hoping for the best, definitely come here.
Service is excellent — I walked in to buy my second suit after being out of state for about 3 or 4 years, and they remembered who I was and what suit I had bought last time I was in. That’s service.

Amazing service and flexible prices. They have everything to tailor to your needs. My boyfriend is a very very small guy and so we had to order the suit in his size and had to get it tailored to fit him. Also, to find this place we had to work, i went to jos a bank and a few other places that were not willing to do this tailoring even if we bought the tux. Jess had the best customer service since we didn’t really know what we were looking for and he helped clear it all up. Overall, this is the best suit and tux store in Albuquerque.

Amazing customer service. My husband bought a suit here and was super impressed. This is not Suit Mart, or Suits unlimited. The experience is personal and tailored to meet all of your needs (pun intended). This is as good as it gets for men’s wear in Albuquerque.

These guys know their stuff and provide excellent customer service. If you are looking to dress up then you must go see Bert and Jess!
