Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. These guys need to loose their city contract or whatever it is they have. They are a nightmare to deal with. The will do anything in their power to keep your vehicle in order to suck every last dime from the insurance company

As a towing yard for your recently wrecked automobile, this place is running quite the bureaucratic racket. First they would not fax the release form, because it needs to be filled out in person. Then the registrant on the car (not me) has to present with a photo ID. Then, because the registrant’s last name changed by way of marriage, from the name on the car registration, they required seeing a marriage certificate. Or another legal photo ID with a matching surname. And because they’re located at Coors and Rio Bravo, the first trip out there to release our car on the day before Thanksgiving took more than an hour.
They’re customer service and business practices are terrible. They’ll blame on some regulations with an acronym like RCH, but keeping your car longer means they make more money off of your insurance. So there’s no incentive to really help reconnect you with your car.
Make sure you call them first, ask many questions about their f’d up process — even if your questions seem stupid, ask anyway — and then be prepared to make more than one trip.
