Just walked into the store where I purchased the last 3 iPhones and they are of no help with saving voicemails, helping with battery issues, knowledge of apps, and had really poor customer service. It seems they are in the business of selling phones and getting rid of the customer afterwards. At least, they weren’t rude in sending me on my merry way.

We went into this store looking to sign up for one of AT&T’s double data plans that we saw on their website. When we got there, we were told that the plan didn’t exist in their system, even though we were still able to show it to them on their own website. Generally, this is where someone would start a very negative review about the company, but this review is about the store itself. The employee that was helping us went absolutely above and beyond in her service. She contacted their corporate tech support and customer support departments to ensure there wasn’t a plan she was over looking. Several hours into it, she continued to keep a positive attitude while her own people in the corporate departments gave her the run around. She then helped us get a plan that was sufficient to our needs and similar to the plan we were looking for at acceptable monthly price. Even the store’s assistant manager got involved in our case and he was also decent about presenting viable alternative options. In the end, we didn’t get what we were expecting or wanted, but the effort and care put forth by the staff helping us was greatly appreciated. They didn’t actually call us back to follow-up with us like they said they would, but in person, the service was pretty good. I don’t recommend AT&T as a company because they suck, but the people working at this store are pretty decent and if you have to go into an AT&T store, I would recommend going here.
