One of this moving company’s employees called me a bitch. To be more accurate they said, «shut up bitch, calm down.» After I had calmly asked if they could not block my parking space. I called the company and explained the verbal abuse to a manager. Even after expressing how violated and unsafe their employee had made me feel, and them promising to give me a call back; I have yet to receive a return call from them. If you want movers who will harass you and do who knows what else, and a management company that does not take responsibility for its actions, then go right ahead and hire this company.

Still bummed over the move from Albuquerque to Phoenix since many pieces of furniture were broken and our Viking microwave oven was stolen. We only had 90 days to make a claim which wasn’t long enough since our belongings were in storage for over a year, so we lost BIG time.
After the packers arrived, I had a garage door opener disappear. Later one of the crew asked when we were leaving Albuquerque so I disabled the garage doors.

Wow… I didn’t expect to be writing a 5 star review for a moving company. After reading horror story after horror story, I was fully prepared to have the movers show up weeks late, break all of my stuff and then unload some of my broken items a few weeks late®. This was NOT the case with Albuquerque Moving & Storage /​Allied. We have never used movers, but felt that given then size of our home and the distance of the move (NM to AZ) that it would be worth the money to hire professionals — totally worth it!
Rubel and his crew came on time, loaded the truck carefully and efficiently and then Rubel (yes, the same guy drove the truck) and his Phoenix crew delivered on the scheduled date and time. I was concerned about many of the items that I couldn’t box (lamps, bikes, artwork, etc.) and these were handled perfectly by the movers on the day of the load. At delivery, Rubel his crew and unloaded our entire home carefully and efficiently. I really cannot say enough good about this experience, it was so good that I might consider moving again :)

Professional, in time, fast, amazing.
As you you can see from the other reviews I have posted I’m really hard to please, especially in ABQ, but these guys were great, courteous, did their job, didn’t get personal, arrived earlier than expected and finished fast. Thank you!
