I had a great experience with Advanced Team Automotive. I had my serpentine belt shred in my dodge ram 2500 power wagon and had it towed here. Within an hour of it arriving at their shop, I got a call from Fred. He had already diagnosed the cause and had parts and labor estimate ready. I said fix it and also look at some other 4wd issues I had been having that my previous mechanic couldn’t figure out. He fixed everything in great time and I received a call when it was done which I’m not used to. (previous mechanic had poor communication) overall great experience and I will most definitely return here in the future.

I have been working with Advanced Team Automotive and have a lot of good experiences, hands down, I am a lifetime customer. We take our children’s cars over as well as our friends, I never have to worry about anything.

I have had my vehicles in here a few times and I should know better. Last time I had «Unknown» additional charges. I didn’t agree especially since they were not approved, but gave them the benefit of doubt. But this time is really bad. An original quote of $ 1,400 turned into a bill of $ 2,300, of which only $ 330 was preapproved. When I complained, Fred said he wanted to work with me so he knocked 5% off the cost of parts on the 2,500 bill. This was insulting considering there is probably a 35% markup on all parts, and made a very small difference. To make matters worse they knew I had Power Ford quote for the same job so he called his friend there and had them send a copy of their quote to him to compare. This is probably illegal as it stinks of price fixing. Be very carefull before choosing to have any work done here.

Wonderful and honest people. After my fiancé spent $ 600 somewhere else we took it to Fred at Advanced Auto Team. He thoroughly test drove and inspected our Jeep and couldn’t quite pinpoint it, but he was completely honest and didn’t want to do any unnecessary work. We recommend them highly and will bring back our cars in the future. It’s nice to trust a mechanic again.
