History

Established in 2012.

I discovered my joy for the art while taking a college course many moons ago. It was fun, and it became the best pass time I had ever fallen into. I loved it! After that, life got in the way, and my hobby slipped to the back burner, nay, it was taken off of the stove for a good long while.

Fast forward a few years, and I found myself an employee at a chain studio. It wasn’t the place for me. Chain studios put no focus on capturing precious moments or creating great photographs. The wanted people in and out in 10 minutes so that you could spend all of your time trying to get them to buy, buy, buy. There was no love for the art or heart in that. I left and decided to start saving for some equipment of my own.

Here I am now. I know that life happens in the blink of an eye, and photos are the perfect way to look back and remember the beautiful journey that made you and your loved ones the wonderful people are and will be

I love to live. I’ve lived most of my life in New Mexico, and although I have lived all over the world, there is no place I would rather be. The people, the places, and the culture are amazing!

I love to laugh, and I am quite a laid back go with the flow type of person. This especially comes in handy when wrangling my 2 little ones on a day to day basis. I have two little girls at home, and they are the center of my universe. They teach me new things everyday. I’ve grown as a person watching them grow. Although, at times I do question if they are really my children or not seeing as they hate the camera.

I love to love. I share my life with my soul-​mate best friend, and biggest fan. He is my biggest supporter, and without him I would lose my mind some days. I can say the same for my family. Family is a huge part of my life, and I wouldn’t give that up for anything. Not to mention the humor involved in family gatherings, it’s enough to refresh you and lift your spirits.
