History

Established in 1967.

Gary Markman opened Markman Auto Parts in 1967 after leaving the air force. After many successful years, his health started failing and he decided to close the doors in 2011. In April of 2013, Gary decided he would like to see his salvage yard back up and running and decided to put it in the hands of his son, Jr and grand daughter, Brianna. Three short weeks after agreeing to get the salvage yard up and running, Gary passed away suddenly of a heart attack. After 5 long months of hard work, Markman Auto Parts opened its doors again on October 14. It is now in the process of being an online parts vendor to meet anyone and everyone’s needs. We are now striving to run this business for another 40 years plus, just as it was intended.

Gary Jr. opened Markman auto Parts on October 14, 2013 after his dad closed business in 2011. He has been working on cars since the age of 7.
