Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins

Asked for a simple cup of coffee with milk and sugar. It had not enough milk I asked for more so when there was plenty of room to add milk she dumped out at a quarter cup of my coffee to put a little bit of milk in. Then I said a little more milk and she dumped out another quarter cup of my coffee when both times all she had to do was add a little bit more to the top. Not to mention now she had coffee dripping down half of my cup because she poured out the other half of my cup of coffee. What a moron this was a girl looked like 20 years old very thin petite obviously very stupid too. Why does everything have to be such an issue it’s just a cup of coffee for gods sake. This is why I don’t go to places like this because everybody makes the coffee different they need a self-​service coffee station or that’s it I’m done never coming back.

This location is getting worse by the day! Most of the staff barely understands you and the female manager is extremely rude and unfriendly. Today they made three mistakes with my order and the line was to the door so they gave me attitude. Soo disappointed.

Decent Dunkin. Big selection — bigger than most of the smaller Dunkin/​Baskins. The staff is friendly, but they seem a bit more involved in/​distracted by the mundane end of day tasks (earlier in the day) than paying attention to the needs of the customers. Otherwise, not a bad place to chill.
