Via Fresca is a labor of love. Chef Owner John is there every day making amazing Italian classics with his own special touch. Try our veal meatballs, eggplant parm or Chef John’s amazing rice balls (arancini) made with arborio rice, Italian meat sauce and lots of cheese!

Business Owner
John is a classically trained chef from The French Culinary Institute in NYC. He worked in classic French and contemporary American kitchens (in NYC and Albany) until he broke out on his own and got back to his Italian roots.
