We stored here for about 4 months during a cross-​country move. Our experience was pretty decent. Their prices were a bit higher than some other places in town, but it was secure, and staff live on-​site (although they aren’t there 24⁄7).
The only problem we ran into was when we moved out. We had let them know our moving date and when we went in that morning to unload our unit, our password to open the gates to facility had already been deactivated — with our stuff still inside, and nobody there to help us. Luckily, my mom also has a unit here, and she was able to use her password to get us in (and then we used our own key to access our unit). Had she not been able to save us, our move could have been significantly delayed. They apologized for the confusion, but I would caution future renters to be extremely clear about the details of your move!
