Specialties

At US Budokai we believe martial arts education is a vehicle for self-discovery and positive change. Martial arts training helps teach respect, self-discipline and responsibility, as well as condition the body and teach self-defense. Budokai Karate helps to develop character, spirit, and strong positive attitudes. Using as much traditional Japanese theory as possible, we strive to build a strong mind, body and spirit, which leads to self-esteem.

Most people are becoming more aware of the need to get into better physical and mental condition. US Budokai Karte Headquarters offers a scientific combination of physical fitness and self-discipline, together with developing a feeling of assurance that comes with knowing you can protect yourself from all of life’s attacks. Budokai’s co-ed instructors all have a minimum of 4 – 5 years experience as martial arts educators and are highly-skilled martial artists. Their teaching style assures the development of your mind, body tone, physical fitness & knowledge of the history of the martial arts. The martial arts are designed to teach self-discipline & self-esteem and to keep the body & mind in supple athletic form. US Budokai Karate has been providing ivy-league martial arts educational programs for nearly thirty years.
