If I could give a negative I would. Oh my, I almost don’t even know where to begin with these guys. It’s really too bad because we really wanted to go with as many local outfits as possible for our wedding, and were really hoping they would be great. These guys were a local business that was recommended by our wedding planner. Now, I have to say that she said afterward the fact that she had never had such a problem with them before, but a wedding right after ours she said that her couple had another big issue with them; I would say that she probably did not or would not recommend them again. So, it comes down to where it really counts. We reserved the date and everything we needed, yes that was all fine and good. They showed up on time and put everything up, yes. The chairs really could have used to have been cleaned beforehand. Here is the biggest issue that would make anyone, and especially any bride cringe. They came the day after the wedding of course to come and pick everything up. Here we are, both of our families, the day after our wedding relaxing together after a very hectic period of time. Both of our families had come from the west coast as well as other states, so needless to say we don’t get to see them very often and it was a special time. Out of the blue,(there was an older man and a young man more than likely his son) this man gets our attention, rudely. He’s saying there there are black marks all over the white chairs that are stains and are permanent and they will by no means be able to get these out, i.e. the chairs are ruined and will need to be replaced.($$!) Oh, and also the tent may also have these marks and may need to be replaced. Of course by this time many of us are involved and it’s getting a little scary and uncomfortable, of course and I don’t know what to think. So, what they were saying was that our tiki torches we had up were the cause of these spots. I’m going to digress very shortly and say that we happen to live on a lake and we happen drive nice vehicles, do I know if this has anything to do with this no, but there it is. Here we go. The tiki torches were up when they put up the tent and left all of the other things that day. NOWHERE is it even mentioned in the contract about tiki torches being an issue and causing this kind of irreversible damage. NOTATANYTIME was it ever mentioned while they were there that it was a problem. I had gone to get the contract to check that. You’d think something that is this could be this much of an issue, especially for summer weddings would be in that contract or at least mentioned, LOL. No? My father had gotten a magic eraser and some simple green we luckily had. Guess what? Oh my, they came out like brand new chairs. We did the worst chairs and they were in no way damaged and they looked better than when they had arrived. None were damaged. Then they had the audacity to state that we, yes we, should clean every single one of their chairs or else there would be a something like 3−5% damage fee.(!!) Of course by this time, this having taken up a good portion of our time and the DAYAFTEROURWEDDING while my family and new family are sitting there I’m almost beside myself. Ahh! My father had a few words with the guy, they packed up their crappy soiled chairs and left and the only thing we heard from them was to come after us for a few plates and forks and spoons they had left behind but made it feel as though we stole, LOL. That’s kind of a long ordeal and story too but didn’t end too poorly, but I think we are both tired and I think you get the point. Getting a good deal from them, and them meeting the basic requirements of a rental company was not worth what we ended up going through. And it wasn’t even really that great of a «deal». Stay away from them, they are not worth it. Just terrible.:(I’m annoyed that was a part of my wedding experience at all.
