I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since April of 1997. I currently work at Level 3 Salon + Spa in Albany, Oregon. Our 6,000 square foot full service salon and day spa is nestled in historic downtown Albany. Situated on three levels of a beautifully restored brick building, our facilities are second to none in the area. The spa floor is complete with 11 treatment rooms, men’s and women’s locker rooms, FAR Infrared Saunas and a relaxation sanctuary.

We are one of the few spas in the area to offer couples massage, which includes a sauna session as well as complimentary drinks.

I specialize in Swedish massage, deep tissue, prenatal (pregnancy) massage, tension headache relief, Soft Tissue Release for carpal tunnel and sports related issues, seated chair massage, and am a Certified LaStone Therapist. LaStone Therapy is the original hot & cold stone massage.

I have been practicing as a License Massage Therapist since April of 1997. While I am currently working at Level 3 Salon and Spa in Albany, Oregon, I also travel on-​site to businesses in the Willamette Valley offering seated chair massage.

I was born in Santa Cruz, California, and grew up in Oregon. For as long as I can remember, I have been interested in massage. I graduated from Lane Community College and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Oregon in 1997. Using massage to provide people with pain relief and rejuvination brings me great joy.
