History
Established in 1987.
We are a law firm exclusively devoted to representing a limited number of individual clients who have been severely injured or killed as a result of medical malpractice or negligence, with emphasis on construction-related injuries and transportation-related injuries. We represent a large number of clients who have been harmed by a needless delay in diagnosing cancer. Due to our extensive background in the area of traumatic brain injury, we represent many individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries, as well as children who were born with neurological impairments (i.e. cerebral palsy, Erb’s palsy and brachial plexus injuries).
For over 25 years we have achieved great success and an exceptional reputation for only accepting meritorious cases and by meticulously preparing every case for trial. Our goal in every case is to achieve a result that will fundamentally change our client’s life for the better. Winning is never enough — excellence is the only acceptable result.
