«Beware of „FAKEFREESHIPPING“ and LONG Shipping Delays! I Ordered $ 607 worth of Quad Parts on January 14Th 2016. I waited 3 weeks to call to check on the order. I was told they were waiting on 1 piece but they would ship it all out. Perfect. I’m happy. 4 days later still hadn’t seen a tracking number. I get a call from Jeff. He tells me that I ordered items that don’t qualify to be shipped for free and that i need to pay $ 132 more to get my items. ITSBEEN3WKS! They couldn’t have told me this within the first week about this? I would have probably been more understanding. When I told him today that we were now at the 3.5 wk mark and that this should have been handled better he just said ok. Now they are cancelling my order. They don’t care about their customers. Here is a copy of the free shipping info in top right of their website. „Spend $ 150 or more and receive free shipping and a free Expedited upgrade* *Offer valid only for orders shipping within the contiguous United States. Expedited transit time is based on your shipping location and begins after processing. Processing time for parts varies based on stock availability. See map below for estimated Expedited speed to your location.“ No where does it exclude anything. »

The good: price significantly lower than others and shipped within 24 hrs. I’m sure this business has not been a problem for others based on other higher rated reviews. The bad: expedited ship speed stating 3 days at buy time became 8 days. Customer support saying 3 – 5 days average. No mention of the fact that it would be ground and not air during purchase. To get the 3 day delivery Partzilla wanted to charge and extra $ 12 on top of the $ 20 I paid for an $ 18 cable which could have been easily sent in an envelope for much less than $ 20 per UPS. Needless to say their shipping process is misleading, over charging, and customer support is not accommodating for their misleading practice. I’m guessing they have to make up for their low pricing some how and customer satisfaction is a low priority. Won’t be doing business with them again. Too much a bait and switch, not trustworthy in my opinion. If you live east coast or vicinity then I’m sure your shipping experience would be better.

I have made several purchases from and/or from their parent company . The parts are reasonably priced, they normally have the parts in stock, and they ship the parts expeditiously. The only reason I gave them 2 stars, is because the day after I received notice my parts had been shipped, I was involved in a bad accident when I was stopped at a red light, and my motorcycle was rear ended! I went to the hospital in an ambulance, and the motorcycle was totaled. When the parts showed up a couple of days later I did not open the box. I later called Partzilla to see if they would consider waving the 15% restocking fee because of my unique situation. I offered to send photos of my motorcycle, and a copy of my police accident report to verify my situation, but the phone representative gave me a really lame excuse about why they couldn’t wave the restocking fee. I had made prior purchases from both and , so I was not a first time customer. I know my situation is unique, but them telling me they would not wave the 15% restocking fee in this particular(verifiable) situation, really did feel like adding insult to my already sustained injuries, and made me not feel like a very valued customer.
