Established in 2000.
After years of experience gained in a large law firm environment, Napierski, VanDenburgh & Napierski opened on June 19, 2000 to better serve its clients by offering the experience, technology and efficiency of a large firm combined with the tradition of responsiveness, accountability and customer satisfaction that can only be found in a small family business.
Our lawyers offer a combined 70 years of legal experience in State and Federal courtrooms throughout New York. Litigation is our primary focus and we concentrate our practice in the defense of professional liability claims (medical, legal, accounting, engineering and architectural); product liability defense; trucking and transportation liability; labor and employment law; the defense of municipalities in civil rights; lead paint and discrimination claims; and personal injury litigation.
