Michael Chang – State Farm Insurance Agent

I have found State Farm in general to be great, and Michael Chang in particular. Michael and his staff are extremely service-​oriented and always go the extra mile to ensure your needs are being met. They are also very proactive in doing insurance reviews to accommodate your changing needs. Contrary to cynical thought, this often works out in your favor. Major thumbs up to Micchael and his excellent staff!

Recently I decided to get my son’s car out of my garage and include his insurance on my family plan… long story… and I contacted Michael Chang at State Farm in El Cerrito after being provided with an eQuote list of agents.
Michael’s response was professional, extremely informative, and his use of my time was very efficient.
Having had the same policy since moving to California in 2006, I wondered what was out there.
Eventually after several telephone calls and emails, I had pretty much decided to take advantage of the plan about which Michael had elaborated. In the end, I was able to keep the current documents I have and rework it so that the need for a move was no longer necessary and I am happy with the negotiations.
His office will be the first one I contact in the future if I do make the big move to State Farm. Thank you Michael!
