History

Established in 2015.

Adrienne Kume’s love for weddings and events led her to open an event planning side business in 2006. She partnered with many vendors throughout the years and established many connections in the local industry. In addition to her side business, Adrienne was working a full time corporate HR job and growing that career as well. A few years ago Adrienne went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Organizational Leadership to see where that would take her. In early 2015 Adrienne decided to retire from the corporate world and enter entrepreneurship full time. She saw the wonderful opportunity of opening a trendy bridal shop in Albany, a business that works with people making decisions about the biggest day of their lives, and a business where there was room for growth and creativity. Merrime Bride & Soirée is a place where all of Adrienne’s dreams, visions, experiences and passions come together!
