This preschool was created under the foundations that early learning should take place in a warm, nurturing, safe, and supportive environment where the learning is child centered. Our preschool thrives on the premises that small class size, certified teachers, and engaging lessons prepare the child not only for Kindergarten, but for early lessons in life.

Meet the Business Owner

Melissa A.

Business Owner

Melissa Allen is a graduate from Saint Rose, SUNY Fredonia and Buffalo State College. She has been in education for 15 years, several of those years teaching in local public schools. Ms. Allen opened Leading the Way for Little Learners with a vision to help children prepare for Kindergarten and to give them a solid foundation for their upcoming academic journeys. Ms. Allen has two children of her own and continues to be a lifelong learner by participating in numerous professional development workshops throughout the year.
