Called in and was able to get my tire looked at within fifteen minutes and fixed that day (it had a slow leak). Everyone was friendly and I would definitely go back.

I live in NYC and found myself in Albany on a Saturday morning with a bolt in my tire. I had to be in Burlington, VT by Sunday, and, of course, my 2013 Fiat has an «unusual tire size.» Calling around to a few other places before I found Labarge’s, they all told me I’d need to wait until Monday or Tuesday to get a tire and get back on the road. Vacation would be in ruins. Labarge to the rescue. He located a tire in town and had me on the road under an hour. As I was waiting, I witnessed him take care of some locals, greeting them by name and getting what they needed done, done. Great vibe from a small, owner-​operator place. I just had the one interaction, but based on that, I would recommend. Thanks Labarge’s Tire!

A great place to get your car fixed. I have been all over the capital district and each time my car has had a new problem less than a week after being «repaired.» This was not the case here! Dan and his team were talented, polite, and friendly. They were clear and upfront with the repair process and pricing. On top of that they did an extra repair without charging, just to ensure my car ran properly. I will never go anywhere else in Albany!

Honest and affordable mechanic! First time experience with a local mechanic that is not part of a chain. Labarage is a family own business. Dan is very helpful – good at explaining things to me who knows almost nothing about cars and most importantly he doesn’t try to sell you things or create a list of all the things that suddenly needs fixing. Prices reasonable and affordable compared to other places. 1st time here. Had a really good impression. Will continue here for our future car care. I’ll update review if there’s any changes.
