I can’t believe we had this gem in our neighborhood all these years and I just now learned about her. From the moment I called her office on the telephone and spoke with her secretary, and when I walked in I knew I was where I belong… She’s amazing a true healer and very perceptive and precise!!!
Her technique is pretty simple but very effective and new to me as a matter fact. There was some things that she did that was very different I can explain it just make an appointment got to see her. I can’t wait to see her again in a couple of days. My new hang out for sure!

I made an appointment with Jing as she was referred to me by one of my colleagues. I had acupuncture performed while living in the SoCal area and definitely know when it’s a good session versus one by a less experienced professional. Jing saw me and helped me understand ways to take better care of my body to help with the fertility goals I had in mind. Even new things compared to my old favorite one in LA. She performed acupuncture and it was amazing. I had one of those great sessions where I was relaxed and the needles did not even pinch a bit! I even fell asleep and didn’t want to leave after she removed the needles. Just a note– the «patient» areas are covered by curtains for privacy but you may hear conversations outside… However the session was so good, it made me oblivious to my surrounding noise! I also got some traditional herbs to help with my situation. I will definitely be back. I got pregnant with ivf and Accupuncture treatment combined last time. Hope to update this review when I have baby dust luck again!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Liu. She’s incredible at knowing how to remedy any illness/​condition I need healed. She’s caring, kind and considerate. I am so grateful to her for helping me w/​my various health concerns. I don’t know where I’d be without her!

For two years, I suffered with sciatica for which I went to surgeons, back specialists, chiropractors and massage therapists. No one was able to help. With six sessions with Dr. Liu, the pain disappeared and stayed away. My surgeon said that looking at my x-​rays, I should be having constant pain. Now, he sending his patients to her.

Dr. Jing Liu works wonders! She not only has her phD in Eastern/​Herbal medicine but she also has her phD in Western medicine. She knows what’s up! I have seen her several times when I had really bad flus. I was prescribed herbal medicine to brew teas with. I was better in no time! No side effects like western meds. She will prescribe you your own unique herbal remedy based on your body and what you need. This is why I like herbal meds bc it’s customized for each patient.
I actually first heard about Dr. Liu over 15 years ago because my mother went to see her for acupuncture treatments. My mom was recommended by her neighbor who had been diagnosed with carpal tunnel. After a year of treatment, she no longer had carpal tunnel and was fortunate enough to never having to have surgery as recommended by her Kaiser doctor. My mom went to Dr. Liu because she had tendonitis and arthritis. The secret about acupuncture is that you have to be persistent with your treatments. You have to keep going until you’re cured. My mom was very diligent and went to weekly treatments for about 7 – 8 months. With the combination of acupuncture and herbal medicine, my mom was healed. She has not had those ailments in over 5 years now.
To this day, if my parents have any ailments or aren’t feeling well, they go to see Dr. Liu. She always helps and heals them. We have also recommended many friends who have had great results after their treatments. Dr. Liu is reasonably priced and sometimes will even give you some discounts. She will give you an invoice if you need to it for health insurance/​flex account purposes.
Dr. Liu is incredibly popular. Every time I’ve been in her office, there’s a whole line of people waiting to be seen. People of all ages, ethnicities and health conditions. Make sure you have an appointment! Her clinic is located in a professional building across the parking lot from the Trader Joe’s at El Cerrito Plaza. The clinic has several private rooms and is very clean. Dr. Liu also gives very good advice and she’s like web MD… she has an answer to everything! If you’re not feeling well, go see Dr. Liu. She’ll get you healthy and feeling 100% again!

Dr. Liu is the most effective Acupuncture doctor that I have seen. She is thorough, caring, and can isolate your health issue, and gives a complete treatment plan for your specific problem. She is extremely knowledgeable about all health problems, the physical body, and offers natural, organic remedy and therapy. I highly recommend her for resolution of any health issue or problem. She has the Chinese herbal medicines in her office and you can purchase your Chinese herbs right from her and know that you will get what she prescribes. I can’t speak highly enough for Dr. Jing Liu Acupuncturist Doctor. I see her regularly to be proactive about my good health. Dr. Liu represents the best in Chinese medicine and Acupuncture care.
