Jiffy Lube

We were in a hurry and needed a quick replacement of our windshield wipers so pulled into jiffy lube parking lot and told them we only needed wiper blades. Fifteen minutes later we still didn’t have them and in that time two cars had pulled in and they moved them to the service bays. Finally we said ‘if you can’t get wipers installed in the next few minutes we are leaving’ they came out, put them on (it took all of two minutes) and charged us $ 33. Frustrating and over priced.

Excellent customer service! The guys always remember me every 3 months and greet you with a smile. They seem to like their job, which is a plus. They never pressure me into buying all the extras. They simply tell u what your car is ready for and simply ask if you want it done. Love this place!

Awesome service, I used to work at a jiffy lube, and these guys were awesome. They even wore their safety glasses and did all the stuff they are supposed to do for customers according to a worksheet. Fast service and friendly as hell. They did break my oil pressure sending unit off, but things happen, and the car is old and shit happens. They fixed it free of charge, and quickly too. I hope their district manager reads this and acknowledges their work!

Jiffy Lube, tried to tell me that my car needed to be serviced and they were trying to get me to pay money for something that didn’t need to be fixed. I feel that their good customer service was just a way for them to screw me over. I just had my car worked on a month prior at Oil Can Henrys and was getting my oil changed at Jiffy Lube because of the low price. This guy told me my car needed worked on and I told him my dad had just serviced it at Oil Can Henrys a month ago. I asked him to run a test to prove to me that it needed work. After a short time the guy came back into the lobby with a test strip showing my PH level which was extremely high and he kept pushing me to get my car serviced now. I was hesitant so I told him that I would call my dad after I got my oil changed.
I called my dad and he told me to go to Oil Can Henrys to talk to them about not servicing my car properly, according to what Jiffy Lube had told me. I went there and they were very nice me. They guy ran two test on my fluid that had been tested at Jiffy Lube, but unlike Jiffy Lube he did the test with my fluid right in front of my face instead of sending me into a separate room where they brought me my results. He did the same test with the PH strip and it was no where near high and the color was completely different from what Jiffy Lube and showed me. I was being scammed and they were trying to screw me out of my hard earned money on something that didn’t need to be done to my car. Jiffy Lube does did not take care of me honestly as a customer and I will never go there again.

Always the nicest, fastest, and most informative service. They don’t try to up sell services and get my car done fast. I will not get my cars oil changed anywhere else. They even offer to go out with you and look under the hood to make sure you are happy with their work. Very professional and respectful as well. Come here and you will see for yourself!

As a woman, sometimes going to get your car worked on/​serviced is an intimidating endeavor (in my opinion/​experience at least…), but the guys at Jiffy Lube are awesome. They are super friendly, informative and helpful! I’ve never felt pressured into a sales pitch (like I have at most other places) and they always go above and beyond to make my 15 – 30 minutes there comfortable. Free popcorn, coffee and hot chocolate! They even vacuum your car and give you mint ;)
