What a dump.
I won’t eat here again, and I recommend the same to you.

Ordered delivery for work so this review is based 100% on the pizza.
Very good, not quite terrific; however a nice, true NY style pie. If you like crunchier crust, this is your place. Unfortunately when I think of NY pie I think of a fluffy crust surrounding a thin massive wheel of a pie.
Overall, good stuff. I’d use them again to feed my peeps.

I love pizza and after moving to Albany, I had to find a good pizza place. The pizza at this I Love NY location is good, but there is something weird about their pizza, that I can’t put my finger on. For some reason it tastes buttery to me. So it satisfies the pizza craving, but is not perfection, which is what I look for in a cheese pie. If you pick-​up your pizza you get a free 2-​L soda, which is a nice bonus and they have a nice variety of slices in the shop if you want to just grab a quick slice. I’d give them 3.5 stars if half stars existed.
