History
Established in 2014.
Do you remember the last time you had a hot, fresh, doughnut, full of flavor? Neither did we! So we set out to create a new standard for doughnuts… re-introducing flavor and freshness back into the Capital Region’s Bellys. We have taken the Cider Doughnut to the next level… Creating a wide variety of hand crafted toppings which utilize fresh ingredients. We offer six signature flavors, plus a wide range if other flavors which change daily. Currently we only make cake doughnuts (aka Belly’s) using donut robots, but as we grow we will expand our line to include yeast rise varieties. Cider Belly’s uses fresh cider from Samascott Orchard in Valatie, NY and locally roasted premium coffee. All of our produce is grown locally. We try to be as eco-conscious as possible, we use all LED lighting and keep our waste to a minimum. The interior of our store was designed by Andy, and was primarily constructed from reclaimed wood, pallets, glass, metal and Caesar Stone.

Business Owner
Jennifer and Andy have a combined 30+ years of experience in Branding, Retail and Food Services, Design, Marketing, Operation Management and Logistics, and Experiential Education. Both professionals decided to give up their careers to bring back flavor and freshness to a classic pastry, by creating a total sensory culinary experience.
