History

Established in 1989.

In 1989, Richard Carroll started CarrollPro Services Inc. It initially started out as a janitorial company for commercial buildings. During that time, many of our clients requested that we do their floors, not just in their offices, but also in their homes. Richard provided his employees with the proper floor care training, and in 1993, we officially became a company that specialized in floor restoration.

Richard’s main focus was on Customer Satisfaction and Quality Service. Today, that is still our main focus. We continue to send our Floor Technicians to seminars to learn about floor care.
