These practices include Qigong, Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Meditation, and Reiki. These practices are best started when you are healthy to help limit the onset of a serious illness. If you begin practice after an illness has surfaced, we will complement the healing efforts of your medical doctors and physical therapists by providing a way to heal faster and more completely with a goal of eliminating the recurrence of that specific problem. Steve Cosimano began yoga practice at the age of 20 under the guidance of Paramahansa Yogananda and began Taoist practice in 1993 with Master Mantak Chia. Since that time he has continued to learn different energy healing practices from various teachers. His main concentration is in Medical and Spiritual Qigong, Neigong and Longevity Practices. As a form of gentle exercise, Taoist Yoga or Qigong is composed of movements that are typically repeated, strengthening and stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial, and lymph) and improving balance. It is suitable for all age groups and all physical conditions. Qigong, Tai Chi and Bagua Practice creates an awareness of and influences dimensions of our being that are not part of traditional exercise programs.
