Class Act Limousine

My husband, Marc L., and I booked a 22 seat hummer for our 4÷30÷2011 wedding. We couldn’t find it anywhere else close to our church and venue and we came across this husband and wife team. Everything was great… they were nice, professional, and courteous. We booked one regular limo for the end of the night last minute because their 22 seat hummer was already booked for another customer. To our surprise they showed up with two limos! And we didn’t have to do extra trips to pick up other people as we thought we had to. Inside all limos, it was very clean and well stocked with sodas, apple cider, and champagne! And they were early each time waiting for us. Thank you Class Act Limo!

For my wedding on April 30, 2011 in Danville Ca. My wife and I were hoping to find a white hummer that can fit us and our entourage therefore we needed one that sits at least 22. Finding one was a bit more difficult than I thought and then I came across Class Act Limo. They had exactly what I was looking for. We booked their largest white hummer. It fit our 22 people entourage plus the flower girls comfortably. The limo itself is very nice inside and out and also very clean and well stocked. They picked us up from our hotel (Hotel Sierra) in San Ramon, took us to St Isidore’s church in Danville, then to Bollinger Canyon Fountains for pictures, and then to our reception at Blackhawk Country Club. All on time, their pricing is excellent and the drivers were very nice and professional. We got tons of compliments on the limo. The entourage definitely enjoyed it as well. At the end of the night, they showed up with a smaller white hummer and a white stretch Chrysler 300m. They both looked awesome. Thank you Class Act Limousine!

Beware my sister booked this company for a wedding. She booked a stretch chrysler 300, what we got was the white hummer you see in the pic there red flag. But we agreed at a discounted rate (so we thought) when the driver arrived he was 15 minutes late and the car was filthy! i mean visible dirt inside and out. We were told that it would be a fully stocked bar NOT! unless you call three cokes two bottles of water and a bottle of andre (cheap)champaign fully stocked. To top it off the company still billed my sister without taking out the discount. granted it was a hot day but there were bugs inside the vehicle ewe!!! the glasses were also filthy as well, We joked that they should change the name because class is not something that can be faked and this company does not have class. There is a another gentleman that had an awful experience with this company funny his post is not visible here, you can see his post under garbage truck if you click the pic of the white hummer (garbage truck) you will see his horrible treatment as well! Please stay away from this company unless you like getting a overpriced vehicle filled with flies and unwashed glasses to drink out of and a horrible experience for your loved ones.

We used this company for our wedding day. We got the 22 seater HUMMER in white, and it was so much fun! It had nice leather seats, an ipod dock, and a great ambiance overall. They were on time and the car was very clean and well stocked with drinks. The driver was great (and we were on a very curvy road).
After the wedding, we were picked up in a smaller sedan that was the perfect size. At the last minute we decided to go out and party MORE at the bars and they drove us into town instead of our hotel, and even offered to wait for us! Since the cars were all booked up for the night, the actual husband and wife team (the owners) drive us. Great people!

0 out of 5 stars would be more accurate. Really? A «Class Act»… I think Not! What a complete Joke. THIS COMPANY OUGHT TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS. I HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THEM. Please read further if ya wanna know more about their lousy service and employees and equipment. They turned a beautiful outing to Napa Valley into a disaster, and scored 0 out of 10 stars.
I asked Office person (Monica) and the driver (Perfi) some qualifying questions and I would provide address of Wineries. Everyone agreed to the plan and the driver was suppose to be knowledgeable of that area and had a GPS unit to aid in the route.
The big day arrived but because a few friends had to bail we were back to eight people. Good thing too, ’cause there was no way even one more of us were going to fit in the limo. The largest person in the limo was me and I am only 185 pounds. So I don’t understand how they can claim 14 fit. *******Subtract 1 star.
Once all were in we tried to plug in an Ipod to the sound system. The jack on the cord available was broken and to our surprise the end of it was stuck in the socket on the face plate.******* Subtract 2 stars.
XM or Sirius Radio would have been fine but not available. Not even Fm radio stations would work. ********* Subtract 3 stars.
Ok so we will survive I thought. About 30 minutes into the trip a friend realized we were wondering around in down town Concord. WHAT? We were suppose to be on the freeway. The driver couldn’t find his way back to the freeway, so we rolled down the window and directed him back to the freeway. ***********Subtract 4 stars.
By 11:00 we notice the Air Conditioning wouldn’t cool the limo down enough so we had to roll down the windows. That made it difficult to hear everyone in the limo, and the front of the limo still was very warm. *********Subtract 5 stars.
Finally we arrive to Napa Valley wineries. However each time we told the driver an address of the next winery I had to program his GPS unit. I guess he didn’t even have a clue. Napa Valley is really not that complicated. I also printed up driving direction ahead of time and provided a map. So I really don’t get why I had to do that. Still even still he managed to get lost in the Valley all day long. What a dork!*********Subtract 6 stars.
And because he was lost all day we and the wineries had to work around the time delays. I was very happy to see that most the wineries still welcomed us. It was too bad we couldn’t have visited more. But by the time we left the last winery we were about an hour behind schedule.!*********Subtract 7 stars.
The ride back to Brentwood was by now exactly what I expected. Yes, we were lost again (thank you «Not At All A Class Act Limousine»). Had to again ask the driver why we are wondering around the streets of Fairfield. Then I directed him turn by turn though Rio Vista to Brentwood.!*********Subtract 8 stars.
Brentwood at last. Time to pay the driver. I’m thinking So far I could not pay at all because I was going to pay cash. There was no contract. But I agree ahead of time on a fixed price. The tip was out of the question though. No way was there going to be any tip.!*********Subtract 9 stars.
Later that week I called (Monica) the office person to ask for what I thought was fair payment for the service I received. She was not at all interested to give any money back. She was going to cut the drivers pay. I thought I should at least be compensated for all the failed equipment and unprofessional service. She didn’t agree.!*********Subtract 10 stars.
