I love Cindy!!! She is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever gone to! Im 42 and I have Osteoarthritis in my left knee. they want to do a knee replacement and I’m just not ready yet. That being said it creates a lot of pain in my leg all the way to my hip and lower back. My job requires a lot of walking about 10 t0 12 miles or more a day. I started going to Cindy over a year ago. I was so blessed to find her!!! If it was not for her I would have already had a knee replacement done because I can’t take the pain. I see her every two weeks she works her magic, and I walk out of there pain free. She is a true heeler and I can not say enough amazing things about her. If you want a real massage and a someone that cares about you as a person go see Cindy. She will change your life!!! She did mine:)

Inside these cool and serene adobe walls, you’ll find the most warm, most compassionate and most comforting healing imaginable. This is not gratuitous use of the superlative! I’ve been seeing Cindy for well over a decade and I do believe she is the most effective healer I know for truly and completely getting rid of aches, pains and sorrows. She has a knack for finding the root causes of ailments, rather than simply going after the symptoms. Oh let me count the ways I love Cindy:
1. Craniosacral therapy — helping me solve my recent migraine crisis, and in the past, having effectively resolved my chronic low-​back pain.
2. Shiatsu — deep tissue work, relieving sore muscles after too much butterfly in the pool.
3. Jin Shin Jyutsu — light pressure-​point therapy for deep relaxation and learning about my body’s energy patterns.
She has crossed worlds of hurt to help me be a healthy person, so it follows that it’s a no-​brainer for me to cross the bay to see her on a regular basis! (And it certainly helps that her rates are ridiculously low -$ 75/​hour cannot be beat.)
