My whole family sees Dr. K. We love his office and staff. He is such a likable guy too! We have schedule appointments and they are always on time. We have bought numerous pairs of glasses and when something has happened to them they really work with us to have them repaired or replaced. They have also worked well with our insurance.

Dr. K and his staff are excellent, thorough, and visits are fast and easy. Plus Dr. K pulled off a miracle getting me some colored contacts on short notice before Halloween :)

Dr K is committed to making sure my contacts are effective and comfortable. He will do whatever it takes and as many tries as it takes to get them feeling right! I always enjoy my annual visit.

Super friendly staff. Very clean office. Dr. K is great. He takes time to explain things in simple terms and always takes time to answer my questions. The office has a great selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’ve been to a few optometrists in my day and I’ll tell you that Dr. K is great! His office was referred to me because he carriers Oakley frames and I ended up becoming his patient. Glad I did. Also, the office staff is friendly and helpful!

Dr. Kraskowsky answered my email inquiry for an appointment within minutes and got my son in for an exam quickly. He is very skilled, communicates well, kid-​friendly and it’s easy to schedule appointments. We had a wonderful experience and will be back for future check ups.

Dr. K does a great job getting the prescription right, but watch out for those expensive frames. It’s weird that a plastic frame would cost more than the Dr’s great expertise!

Dr. K and his staff are awesome. I had allergies that wouldn’t go away with over the counter drops/​benadryl & woke up one Friday morning with very swollen eyes. I contacted Dr K’s office Friday morning and got an afternoon appointment that same day. Very prompt, on time appointment, diagnosis, prescription and within 24 hours my eyes were recovering. This office is professional, top-​notch, no nonsense, intelligent service without condescension. I feel he and staff also respects your time and gets you moving, very little to no waiting or sitting around. Great system of email confirmation of appointments and annual set-​up of appointments by post card; I like this as I don’t have time to struggle making appointments for myself, when I already have to manage my children’s various appointments.

After reviewing on Unilocal we decided to give Dr. Kraskowsky a try. First visit impression — easy to find, nice complex, office is clean, not as much selection on glasses. Dr. K was very thorough and very professional. That I do like and you feel rushed out of there. He really takes the time to answer any questions you may have. I was very impressed that he also would go over what my insurance covers and what options I have. Most of the time usually it’s the staff that have this discussion and sometime the information is convoluted. This is not your kmart/​Costco brand of glasses so you will be dropping some money on their selections (if you choose to select their frames). I evaluate this optometry by the knowledge of the doctor, the experience during my visit, treatment by the staff. This review is done after 3 visits.

After reading a lot of positive reviews on Unilocal about Dr. K, I decided to go in there for my eye checkup. The whole process right from making an appointment to getting my eye tested was handled with utmost professionalism. Dr. K was friendly, professional and answered all my questions patiently. He even gave me a set of contact lenses to try on before making the entire purchase.
Would definitely recommend him to friends and family!
