Zumba With Denise

Denise is a fantastic Zumba teacher. She led a kids’ dance class for a fundraising event my company hosts to benefit a local non-​profit at the holidays. Volunteering her time, she guided an enthusiastic group of children through a fun series of dance moves to help them work off their excess energy.
I have also had the pleasure to see Denise lead various groups of kids in dance routines at school, and it is always clear that the kids are having a blast. Her upbeat music, easy-​to-​follow routines and positive energy are a terrific combination. Denise inspires me — and my kids — to dance our way to a healthy lifestyle.

I love Denise’s Zumba classes! You get a great workout without feeling like you’re working out. Her routines are fun and challenging. Just when you feel completely exhausted, the next song comes on and it’s so fun you just keep going. As a stay at home mom, I felt like dancing for an hour wasn’t a very productive use of my time but I realized I had to do this for my health and my sanity. Great to dance off the stress and exhaustion of motherhood! :)
I started taking her class when my kids started taking dance at the same studio on Fridays at 10AM. So convenient to have the kids dancing upstairs while I danced downstairs! I highly recommend parents of 3 – 4 year olds to do this! My kids aren’t in that class anymore, but I still go to my Zumba class!

I just attended an event in which Denise volunteered her time to do Zumba with a group of kids. She was fantastic. Really held their attention, got them all moving and enjoying Zumba. She gave clear instructions and definitely knows what she is teaching.

Denise is amazing. She has some amazing flows that are great and welcoming for beginning or advanced Zumba dancers. I strongly recommend taking her class.

This is a great class for all levels of fitness. The instructor, Denise, is motivating, energizing and caring of all who attend. It’s an hour of getting your metabolism started! There’s no pressure to duplicate the moves; it’s ALL about the moving! I love it and feel lucky to have found a great activity and instructor! Thank you vet much!

Denise is a very friendly and inspiring instructor. I have tried quite a few Zumba instructors, and I think she is one of the best. If you are a beginner, her movement is quite simple and easy to follow and you don’t feel intimidated. If you are more experienced, you still have good workout (because you know moves to work harder) and have lots of fun. Highly recommended. She teaches at Dance 10.
