Even though we just opened for business in 2016 our Founder and Payroll Advisor, Cheri Corfey, has been in the field of accounting, payroll, and HR for over 25 years and has been a part of the small business community of the Bay Area for almost 13 years. Our licensed on-line payroll solution is considered one of the most innovative, easy-to-use and cost-effective online payroll solutions available, being perfected since 1999. Twelve years ago, when I started my first bookkeeping and tax business, I was required to hand-enter my clients’ payroll journal entries from multiple paper payroll reports. I’m talking about confusing reports for one payroll that were at least an inch thick! These were then filed into a binder, only to be looked at again for the annual Workers’ Comp audit. I said to myself, «there has to be a better way.» So a year later, I sold my bookkeeping and tax practice to focus solely on providing the best, easiest, least time consuming and most affordable online payroll services and HR solutions possible, while continuing to provide my clients the local, personalized services to which they were accustomed.
