Called to get a quote and the woman put me on hold. She did come back though and was very helpful.

The staff at United Van Lines is professional, courteous and friendly. The estimator provided an estimate and confirmed that there would be no additional charges.
The packaging crew came on time on agreed date. They looked around in all the rooms and planned. One packed the goods and the other moved. They made sure that everything was packed such that nothing would break or dent.
Like wise the delivery crew was brilliant. All the packages checked out fine, no loss or breakage. They put together some of the pieces as necessary and set up the rest as requested.

The estimator provided us with a «not to exceed» cost which was most competitive, the office staff provided us several courtesy calls throughout the process and the packers and movers were outstanding.
