Terrible service!
Lie after lie!
First they tell you they need the key for your car, so we arranged a time.
3:11pm on the dot. Please be there or leave car unlock so we can access car…
I make sure to be thee on time so I can get my car to the shop. It’s 4:04 and the guy just showed up!
He kept saying he was on the wrong entrance of the parking lot when in reality there is two entrances and in either one you can easily find me!
If you have all the time to wait go for them! But when you have a job, children and other things to attend to, this company it’s not reliable!
Ps,
Guy was nice when he showed up, but no apologies at all after waiting for one hour!

Arrived late but I was at home anyway. Fernando was very friendly and professional. Service was covered through my insurance but I would use them regardless (especially after my other towing experience, avoid 24 Hour Towing /​Toro Road Runners!!!)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They illegally charge you for using a credit card which is not permitted in the state of California. The fee was $ 5. Besides just having incredibly poor customer service. The driver looked sheepish when he told me it would be $ 5. So I pulled out my check book. I told him I had to go inside the house for a pen. When I came out and started writing a check he said, «We don’t accept checks.» I told him he should have told me that prior to me going back into the house to get a pen. What kind of communication system to these people have? That and they failed to inform me upfront of the total charges for the tow which was an extended tow of 30 miles.

Amazing. I had two cars break down in 24 hours and was really frustrated. S&F picked me up in one within 40 minutes of my call then offered to get the other one. Two cars, different locations, very reasonable price and extremely friendly staff. Saved me hours today.
