I had a great experience going through the invisalign process with Randhawa Dental. Dr. Randhawa and his staff are extremely professional, friendly, and reassuring. They will answer any questions you have and work around your schedule to accommodate you.
And the results are fantastic! After a year and a half my teeth finally look perfect, going through the process was well worth it. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for invisalign or just a general cleaning.

Oh, it has been quite the journey, this invisalign one. Yes, I cried the night Dr. Randhawa put the attachments on my teeth, because I dreaded the thought of having these odd monstrosities hanging on me for a year. Now, though, that year has come to a close and my teeth look fantastic. Yes my friends, it works. Dr. Randhawa and his team have been friendly and thorough throughout the whole process. The tray fittings, the filings— everything is made to be precise because Dr. R and his team are on top of dat. Put those anxieties aside and just go for it, friends. It’s worth it.

I found Dr. Randhawa’s office after not having had dental insurance for several years. I’ve had to have a fair amount of work done to make up for those years and every single person at the office has contributed to making this as painless and pleasant as possible. Their dental work is professional — they take the time to explain the procedures to me thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Besides that — they just give wonderful, warm, genuinely friendly and welcoming customer service — almost makes me look forward to going to the dentist!

I was a little wary of buying a Groupon for Invisalign treatment, and with the doctor that has all the freeway billboards to boot, but hey, saving money is saving money.
Dr. Randhawa always waves hello to me like we’re old friends and he’s glad to see me (a nice customer service touch — some doctors hardly look at you if they can help it), and the office staff and assistants are always very nice.
So far I’m really happy with my treatment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Randhawa for about 2.5 years now. I initially did Invisalign and my teeth were straightened quickly with beautiful results. I am in retainers now and couldn’t be happier. I decided to move all of my dental care to him and was astonished after my first teeth cleaning. I have never had such an enjoyable and efficient dental experience! I have since had Dr. Randhawa do two porcelain veneers and love those as well. I recently had him place two dental implants and that process was amazingly painless! I love his entire staff and cannot believe how much I like going to the dentist! Sherry is the best office manager and is always helpful and sweet! They really care about me and it shows! Thank you for being such a great office.

I just got bamboozled by this office! I went in on a Groupon deal for x-​rays/​cleaning/​exam and was told by the dentist who examined me that I had a very large cavity under an existing filling that needed a crown ASAP. She was shocked that it was giving me no pain and was adamant that it needed to be taken care of sooner rather than later. She mentioned that it also may need a root canal once they got in there to see what they were dealing with. Once done, a price of $ 1280 was quoted to me. She also told me I had another cavity on a different tooth.
When I got home, I put a call in to my dentist of 10 years in Southern California just to get an idea of prices on dental procedures without dental insurance. They told me that they charged $ 975 for crowns. I made an appointment to get it taken care of there since I was going to be making a trip anyways. So I called the Alameda office and asked them to email me my x-​rays, which they did.
When I got there, my dentist looked at the x-​rays and told me there was no need for a crown. In fact, there was no cavities on any of my teeth. He pulled up my x-​rays from 6 years ago to compare them to the recent ones and showed me that there were two shaded areas that were caused by different features of my teeth, but since they had not grown obviously they were not cavities. NO CROWN NEEDED!
I was so confused because I know that while in the Alameda office, the dentist was pointing to the picture of a tooth with a large cavity under a filling which was why I was so alarmed. So I am thinking they were showing me an x-​ray that was not mine!
My old dentist told me that I should steer clear of these corporate dental offices that are cropping up all over the place because they often times do not have the patient’s best interests in mind. How disappointing.

Best dental experience to date! I got the invisalign groupon deal from a year ago. It has been smooth sailing. They get you in and out. No long waits.
I was told my teeth were so crowded that I would need braces, 4 teeth extracted, and headgear. But when you come to an orthodontist who is in the top 1% of invisalign providers in the country, miracles will happen without shame or fuss. Thank you Dr. Randhawa!!!

Hands down, the best deal you will find for invisalign.
I have been invisalign pricing for about two months. I knew I wanted to pursue invisalign but felt unsure about what I should expect to pay. I was quoted $ 7,500, and then $ 6,500… until I went to see Dr. Randhawa and was quoted significantly better. I especially appreciated the friendliness of the staff, and the modern feel of the office. Other offices I have visited seemed to be stuck in the early 90s. Dr. Randhawa’s office offers an array of coffee and tea choices, has modern x-​ray equipment and is CLEAN. I have not started my invisalign treatment yet but I am pleased with this business already.

Dr. Randhawa and his entire staff are incredible! I’m extremely picky about my health care. I consulted with 5 other dentists for Invisaline before settling on this practice. I trust Dr. Randhawa and his staff to give me their best treatment.
I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. My calls are returned immediately. My questions and concerns are encouraged and addressed. I have been treated with the utmost respect and kindness at every encounter by each staff member. Everyone seems to love their work.

Wow. I had a a really annoying gap in my front teeth that just drove me nuts.
I went to Dr. Randhawa after learning about invisalign. Now it’s 8 months after starting the treatment and my teeth are fricking perfect! As someone who was tormented with old-​style braces as a teenager, I knew I wouldn’t dare go through with it again, but invisalign was a completely, completely different experience.
I think I was the first patient at his new office in San Francisco. It’s right on Union Square, so you’ve got a great view while sitting in the dental chair. The people are nice, no visit took more than about 30 minutes (it’s crazy how fast it goes) and the invisalign retainers are practically invisible, and you get used to them after a week or two.
All in all, I’m really thrilled by this new treatment. They use a 3D printer to custom fit the aligners to your teeth, which is also cool. extremely next generation.
I just wish I had these when I was 14, rather than braces. Hope that invisalign spares countless kids the torment of old world metal-​mouth torment. :)

My wife and I have been coming here for over a year now and we are more than happy. In the past year, I’ve had regular and deep cleanings as well as some cavities taken care of. Everyone there is extremely friendly, especially the ladies at the desk. We’re always greeted with a smile and as if we’ve been coming there for years. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of dental services.

I was recommended this dentist by a co-​worker and my satisfaction is 100%! I have been too many dentists of my time and I have never had a dentist so professional, hygienists so through, and the office staff so friendly. I needed to have some bonding repaired for years and never trusted a dentist to repair it but Dr. R really held my hand through the process and ensured me that the final result would look natural and it sure did. Now my 3.5 year old son goes there and they are just as gentile with children as they were with me and my husband does too. Dr R’s dentist practice is well ran and I have nothing but positive experiences! He is a special dentist that is a real treasure to hold onto.

Definitely recommend!
I am new to the area and don’t have dental insurance. I got a Groupon for a cleaning/exam/x-rays.It is seriously hard to find a good dentist but this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had, which is saying a lot because I spent most of my childhood in a dentist chair and always have cavities no matter what.
The staff were all excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The hygienist gave me some numbing cream during the exam because my gums are sensitive which was so helpful! Thankfully, it wore off right as I was leaving because I couldn’t feel my lips either.
The dentist I saw (I think her name is Dr. Patel) was SUPER nice and made recommendations for a couple fillings (which I expected) and wisdom tooth extractions. She wasn’t at all pushy, which was nice. The receptionist gave me an out of pocket quote which actually didn’t seem that unreasonable. (If you don’t have insurance, FYI, their out of pocket cost for a routine exam/​cleaning is $ 120.)
The best part is my teeth look so clean/​white!
I also got a free toothbrush, dental floss and toothpaste. My last few dentists never gave me goodies. Oh, they have ample parking which is good too.
I am shopping for dental insurance and definitely want to find a plan that Dr. Gurjit’s office accepts.

I have been going to Dr. Randhawa since he purchased the practice from Dr. Von Rustin, and was patient with Dr. Von Rustin for over 30 years. Dr. Randhawa is about the most professional dentist I have worked with and is a tremendous asset to the community. Dr. Randhawa is well educated, professional, compassionate and really cares about his patients. He takes special care to see that each patient is comfortable, understands his or her procedure and provides the highest level of follow up. Dr. Randhawa is extremely accommodating should you have an emergency and need care of whether you simply need some special attention.
I opted to be one of his first Invisalign customers and could not be happier. Every aspect of the process was explained in detail. Dr. Randhawa took extra care to ensure that I was not ony happy but that I understood the process every step of the way and was happy with the progress as well as the end result. The results by the way were first rate and I could not be happier.
I have referred a number of people to Dr. Randhawa and the feedback and response has been the same as my experience. Very professional, very kind and compassionate and a well trained, responsive staff that is very attentive and very professional.
I would highly recommend Dr. Randhawa.

Using this dentist was a huge mistake. There were limited reviews on Unilocal so I went on the status that Gurjit S. Randhawa was an Elite Provider at Invisalign. At a high-​level, I had so many issues at this practice I had to switch dentists in the middle of my Invisalign treatment even though I knew it would cost me extra money and time — it was that frustrating.
They also made some mistakes during a route teeth cleaning that are now turning out to be extremely costly for me (estimated bill right now is $ 1,000+).
More details are below:
Major cleaning issues — I went in for my 3 – 4 month teeth cleaning and the hygienist took out part of my gum. I called and asked them to look at the issue (when I got home and noticed) and when I went back to the practice they tried to tell me the problem was always there and I just noticed it. I was not sure (and very unhappy with gap) so I went to an independant professional to give a second review. He confirmed there was «trauma» caused by this cleaning. (I also have pictures from my Invisalign updates that proved my gum line was there a few months earlier.)
Invisalign — After a year of Invisalign (two different sets of liners) I felt like I had a number of spaces and other minor issues that I still needed to fix. Principally, I had one front tooth sticking out a tiny bit further than the other one. When I asked him why, he told me one tooth was thicker than the other. After speaking to my current dentist on these issues (for the reasons above) he assured me these issues can be fixed. I am in my third set of trays, with another dentist, to fix the mistakes of this practice.
Inaccurate diagnosis — I got an estimate for ~$ 900 for a diagnosis that ended up being incorrect. The dentist at this practice said I had a number of cavities, but when I got a second opinion the other dentist said I had nothing there to fix.
Customer Service — I tried to get X– rays e-​mailed and it took 5 calls for me to get them e-​mailed. To be fair, I was leaving the practice anyway, but I was extremely frustrated at that point anyway and it only emphasized how badly this practice is run.
As you can see from my review I could not recommend this practice for cleaning or Invisalign.
